1. Load the airport
2. Left click on runway to select it
3. Hit Enter to open the properties dialog

1. Select the Lights Tab
2. To set/remove secondary approach lights check or un-check this box
3. To set/remove runway lights use the drop down lists to select the edge and center light types.  Selecting NONE removes lights
4. To set/remove primary approach lights check or un-check this box

1. Select the Primary Tab
2. Check or un-check this box to set or remove the Left VASI/PAPI
3. Check or un-check this box to set or remove the Right VASI/PAPI
4. Repeat for the Secondary Tab

Use the OK button to save the changes or the Cancel button to ignore them.

You can toggle between day and night views by using the L key
